Terms & Conditions

By booking cruises through We Love Travel Agents (WLTA), agents acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Responsibility

As a WLTA agent, you are solely responsible for all aspects of your clients’ cruise bookings, including, but not limited to, booking details, cancellations, amendments, and insurance. WLTA provides access to the necessary tools and resources to facilitate bookings, but it is the agent’s responsibility to ensure that all client details are accurate, and all terms are understood prior to finalizing a booking.

2. Cancellations

WLTA is not responsible for any cruise cancellations initiated by the cruise line, the client, or any third party. If a cruise is canceled, it is the agent’s responsibility to work directly with the cruise line and the client to address the cancellation and explore any available options for rescheduling or refunds. WLTA does not offer any guarantees or refunds in the event of cancellations.

3. Refunds

Any requests for refunds related to cruise bookings must be handled directly by the agent with the cruise line or supplier. WLTA is not responsible for processing refunds or handling disputes. It is the agent’s duty to ensure that clients are informed of the cruise line’s refund policies before booking, and to guide clients through the refund process if needed.

4. Travel Insurance

WLTA strongly recommends that all clients purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen circumstances such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel delays. The agent is responsible for offering insurance options to clients and ensuring they are aware of the coverage available. WLTA is not responsible for any claims or issues related to travel insurance.

5. Client Disputes

In the event of any disputes between the client and the cruise line, the agent is solely responsible for assisting in resolution. WLTA will not be involved in resolving any conflicts, nor will WLTA act as an intermediary between the agent and the cruise line.

6. Limitation of Liability

WLTA is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from booking or canceling cruises through our platform. Agents are responsible for providing accurate information, offering guidance to their clients, and adhering to the terms and conditions of the cruise line and other suppliers.

7. Compliance with Supplier Terms

Agents must comply with the terms and conditions outlined by each individual cruise line and supplier. WLTA is not responsible for ensuring that agents or clients comply with supplier-specific policies and regulations.
